We got a new batch of quarterly reports and there are 2 major players you should be keeping an eye on next week if you aren’t already. First off we have NVIDIA Corp which has been dominating the tech sector. Over the last 6 months they’ve experience a growth of almost 70%, and 31% in just the last month alone! A strong report will almost certainly propel them even higher.
Next we have Walmart, which has been doing fine with some modest growth or insignificant if compared to NVIDIA Corp. However, their CEO announced that they will be undergoing a 3-for-1 stock split on Friday, Feb. 23, after the market closes. The aim of the split is to be more inline with the ideals of the company and to bring more people and employees into the fold. In general, splits of this nature indicate that there is confidence in the company, direction, and growth so their earnings report may be interesting to see on the 20th.
