It has come to our attention that the wrong Tax form was mailed out to those who have you completed the W9 for us last year. The 1099-NEC is the incorrect form, please do not use this when you file.

The correct form, 1099-MISC, will be mailed out tomorrow. Please wait for this form before filing taxes.
